Asses. Never Guess.

At MVMNTGOLF we analyze how your body moves, how you apply force, and how those patterns show up in your swing. From there, we build a plan designed specifically for you. This evaluation becomes your performance blueprint. By integrating movement screening, swing analysis, and performance training, we connect the body and the swing into one clear path forward. This diagnostic approach removes the guesswork and increases the likelihood of a successful outcome.

Data.
Insight.
Performance.

MVMNTGOLF integrates advanced sports science and biomechanics to create a complete picture of how your body and your swing work together.

Our evaluation process identifies the physical and mechanical factors that influence your mobility, stability, strength, and ability to produce speed. The data that we collect provides a clear, actionable plan for improvement.

OUR EVALUATION FRAMEWORK
We use advanced 3D motion-capture and performance analysis systems to measure every phase of your swing with precision. Our technology captures:

  • 6 degrees of freedom across the pelvis, torso, arms, and club
  • Cameras that capture 200+ frames/second with a margin of error of less than .5 degrees
  • A complete picture of your swing characteristics from address to impact

The result is a crystal-clear understanding of how you move, why patterns exist, and what to train to produce lasting change.

TPI Big 15 Swing Characteristics Assessment

We analyze your swing for common mechanical patterns. A few examples:

  • Early extension-when the pelvis moves closer to the ball during the downswing
  • Flat shoulder plane-when the shoulders turn on a more horizontal plane than the axis of the original spine angle established at the address position.

Individualized Microcycle Training Program

You will receive targeted corrective exercises and golf-specific drills based directly on your findings. A microcycle program typically ranges from a few training sessions to a few weeks of prescribed exercises. These programs are best for golfers who are looking to get a taste of what golf fitness is all about.

BIOMECHANICS

Evaluation

You will receive the same TPI physical assessment and swing analysis included in the Standard Evaluation

Golf biomechanics is the science of how the body moves and produces force throughout the golf swing. By understanding the relationship between movement, force, and club performance, we can identify opportunities to improve efficiency, increase performance, and reduce injury risk.

Force Plate Analysis

This helps us determine your kinetic sequence, or “how” efficiently you produce force and use the ground during your golf swing.
